Deadline for Submission of Questions December 13, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. The San Bernardino County Project and Facilities Management Department, hereafter referred to as the "County" or "Department", is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide oncall professional services for the following: o Architectural o Healthcare Architectural o Civil Engineering o Structural Engineering o Healthcare Structural Engineering o Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering o Healthcare Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering o Construction Management o Healthcare Construction Management o Audio Visual Design The firms will provide services for various new construction and modernization projects within the County Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on an as-needed basis. The County's objective through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a list of Consultants, at the sole discretion of the County, eligible to provide Services for various County construction projects pursuant to a County approved OnCall Services contract. For any contracts awarded as a result of this RFP, no minimum or maximum number of projects assigned to selected Consultants can be guaranteed by County. For On-Call Consultant Services greater than $200,000 per project, the Consultant must submit a separate projectspecific proposal which will be evaluated as discussed in the attached Sample Contract (See Exhibit D). Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years following the date of contract approval by the Board of Supervisors Deadline for Submission of Questions December 13, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
