Renovation of an educational facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Hill, Project Manager Division of Public Works 502 N. 4th St. PO Box 83720 Boise ID 83720-0072 (208) 332-1925 Elaine.Hill@adm.idaho.gov This tenant improvement project will build out LC State's ground floor Clearwater Hall space in downtown Lewiston. The existing Workforce Training (WFT) program will ultimately relocate to this space. The attached concept plan is provided just as an example to indicate the type of uses and occupancies to be used in the project area. The design build team will need to review the area, meet with LCS team and DPW to provide a recommended layout for the area once the selection Design-Build team is determined. A total project budget of $ 1,450,000 has been established to include design fees and construction. A relatively complete construction cost estimate will be required following the Schematic Design Phase and must be updated at each additional phase.
