Site work for a water / sewer project in Loveland, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes installation of a pre-engineered waste water treatment plant. This will provide an interim treatment solution in the 402 Corridor until all permanent collection and pumping systems are in place necessary to convey wastewater to the City's treatment plant on Boise Avenue. The estimated project cost is based on a design flow of 250,000 gallons per day, which would serve the area for approximately 20 to 30 years. The facility would be located south of the Great Western Reservoir on City owned property This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of December 02, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
