Renovation of a approximately 112,000sqft intermediate school with new construction of front entry canopy with replacement of pre-manufactured canopy and re-skinning of front façade veneer. Complete interior refresh to include classrooms and library renovation. Scope includes but is not limited to: concrete; masonry; structural steel; rough carpentry; cabinets; insulation; fire stopping; roofing; doors & frames; acoustical; flooring; terrazzo; fabric-wrapped panels; painting; signage; specialties; metal lockers; laundry equipment; photo murals; window covering; countertops; MEP; low voltage; fire detection & alarm; earth work; and paving. Work shall be conducted in (7) seven phases with each phase substantially completed as indicated: 1. Phase 1: Central North Classrooms & Admin Area Including Terrazzo 2. Phase 2: North Eastern Classroom Wing Including Terrazzo 3. Phase 3: North Western Classroom Wing Including Terrazzo 4. Phase 4: Central Block Minus the Terrazzo Corridor Including Terrazzo 5. Phase 5: Eastern Classroom Wing North of the Cafeteria Including Terrazzo 6. Phase 6: Gym A and the Admin Suite Including Terrazzo 7. Phase 7: Gym B, the Kitchen, and Classrooms North of the Admin Suite Including Terrazzo 8.
