Site work for a water / sewer project in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contract contemplated will provide for both routine preventive maintenance, and emergency response services for the new sewage lift station system at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97205. Generally, in summary, the system consists of: o 4,100-gallon primary tank with duplex Ebara dry pit pumps, 355 GPM ea. o 470-gallon secondary tank with duplex Homa submersible pumps, 75 GPM ea. o 94-gallon sump tank with simplex Ebara submersible pump, 50 GPM o Note, this tank picks up only sub-basement floor drains in air handler and boiler rooms o Customary pump controls, level sensors, safety alarms, BMS interface, etc. o All system components and controls are located in the sub-basement of the building o Pressurized discharge line inside the building. Pressurized line feeds a gravity line to sewer main under SW Salmon Street METRO will provide more detailed system documentation no later than two weeks before bid due date. Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for Repair and Maintenance Services for the Sewage Lift Station for the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall of the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts.
