Upgrades to various LCBO Service Locations throughout Ontario. TIMELINE: The LCBO is seeking one (1) qualified proponent with extensive experience and capability in providing the Professional Environmental, Hazardous Materials, and Well Water Testing services. The selected proponent will be responsible in the continued management of these services to ensure all applicable environmental and health and safety risks and issues are handled in a timely fashion, in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices and guidelines. The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) selected proponent that satisfies the following requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing professional environmental, hazardous materials, and well water testing services. Provide annual asbestos re-assessment condition inspections, recommendations and reporting services for all applicable LCBO Service Locations on an "annual" basis as requested by the LCBO in accordance with the schedule approved by the LCBO. Provide annual above ground fuel tank (propane and oil) condition inspections, recommendations, and reporting services for all applicable LCBO Service Locations on an "annual" basis as requested by the LCBO in accordance with the schedule approved by the LCBO and as outlined in this RFP; Provide well water testing, bacteriological analysis and reporting services for all applicable LCBO Service Locations on a "quarterly" basis as requested by the LCBO; Term of Contract:The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to six (6) separate, one (1) year optional terms and for additional related services.
