The County of Riverside Purchasing Division ("Purchasing") on behalf of Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District ("District") is soliciting quotations for Construction Management services for the Mayflower Park ("Project") located at 4980 Colorado River Road Blythe California 92225, as detailed in this RFP. Deadline for submission of questions December 8, 2022, 1:30 PM PST Project includes the abandonment and decommissioning of the existing septic tanks and drain fields in accordance with the Riverside County Health Department requirements and the installation of 1,668 lineal feet of 8" diameter SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer pipeline and 10 manholes. The majority of the gravity sanitary sewer pipeline is between 6 to 10 feet below finish grade. Sewer laterals extending from the dump station at the Park and restroom and shower facilities will be connected to the 8" diameter SDR 35 PVC gravity sewer pipeline. The 8" gravity sewer pipeline collection system will direct wastewater to an 8' diameter, 20' deep pre-case concrete pump station wet well. A 150 gallon per minute, 10 horsepower duplex self-priming above-grade pump station will convey the wastewater through a 4" diameter, 3,049 lineal foot force main to an existing City of Blythe 8" wastewater force main located along Sixth Avenue. Please see attached approved Plans for Construction of the Project. istrict is seeking construction management support services from qualified individuals or firms for the decommissioning and safe abandonment of several septic tanks and drain fields and the installation of a gravity sewer pipeline system within the park, a sanitary sewer pump station and sanitary sewer force main to collect the Mayflower Park wastewater and direct it to the City of Blythe sewer main located along Sixth Avenue. The anticipated project cost is $75,000.
