Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of approximately 900 lineal feet of 12" diameter water main between Capitola Road Extension and Bostwick Lane along Soquel Avenue in Santa Cruz, CA. Installation of 928 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC/DI fully restrained potable water main including various 3/4 " through 8" service reconnections and service renewals, tie-ins and other various appurtenances as indicated on Project Plans. Renewal of an 8" combined fire x domestic service for Harbor High School. Construction is on steep hillslope (>30% grade) with significant challenges during construction including a PG&E power pole and various utility conflicts. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: Class A Project Duration: 40 Work Days The Engineer's estimate anticipates that the total bid price will be $2,143,402
