Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to locate and replace chilled water piping in the sub-basement of the SCI building. The work includes demolition, removal, and replacement of existing chilled water piping, insulation, hangers, and supports. Contractor shall coordinate with VA personnel to ensure minimal disruption to facility operations and shall comply with all applicable codes, standards, and VA regulations. All work must be completed within the specified performance period and in accordance with the contract documents. Location: SCI Building, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
