The State Department of Natural Resources is currently accepting Statements Of Qualifications from Architecture and Engineering firms to conduct storm water planning at Webster Forest Nursery, located at 9805 Blomberg St SW, Olympia, WA 98512. The nursery has 24 buildings containing over 140,000 square feet, 150 acres of tillable fields, and 13 high capacity irrigation wells on the 270 acre complex. The project includes assessing existing surfaces, existing drainage, potential facility expansions, creation of plans and technical specifications for 100% design, permits, and construction assistance. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
