Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Rocky River, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Rocky River Senior Center Buildout and Update Project Each proposal must contain the full name of party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City of Rocky River is looking to expand and update the facilities including but not limited to the following: 100 seat lecture hall/ flexible use space including technology, furniture storage. Yoga and fitness studio area high ceiling/gym area. Additional restrooms (ADA compliant). Refresh current restrooms (update ADA compliance). Rework of current office spaces for better work flow. Refresh windows and exterior of the facility. Project Budget $2,000,000.00 All questions are to be made in writing to mnakonek@rrcity.com (Safety Service Coordinator Maureen Nakonek) - questions will not be taken over the phone. Questions will be received until January 12, 2023 at noon and answers will be completed January 17th at noon.
