Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The City of Crofton will be accepting sealed bids for the Crofton Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Project for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of three (3) homes within the City of Crofton, Kentucky. Demolition and Reconstruction of three (3) homes located at: 154 Railroad Street, Crofton, KY 42217 238 Circle Drive, Crofton, KY 42217 233 Rabbit Ridge Road, Crofton, KY 42217 Contractors need not be present at the bid opening. Each bid must be sealed and marked in separate envelopes prior to bid opening. NOTE: The City of Crofton reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to award all the bids to a single contractor, if it is determined that said contractor has the capacity to manage all projects simultaneously and complete the project in a timely manner. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 and Title VI.
