Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mora, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.

The project consists of a single work scope for the Audio-Visual Package for the auditorium. This includes all associated wiring, devices, equipment for the specified package. All technical inquiries must be emailed to: evan. johnson@ics-builds.com. Pre-bid Inquires are due by 5:00 p.m. local time on December 5, 2022. Each Bidder must submit their Bid in duplicate on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual (Specification Section 00 41 13). Absolutely no oral, electronic (i.e. email), telegraphic, telephonic proposals or modifications to the Bid Form will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #332, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening Bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept a bid or to reject any or all bids, parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in Bidding. Attendance is Not Mandatory, but Highly Encouraged. No Extras Will Be Allowed Because of the Bidder's Misinterpretation to the Amount of Work Involved, Bidders Own Error, Negligence; or, Failure to Examine the Site. The anticipated date in which the School Board will award contracts is tentatively scheduled for December 15, 2022. Work to begin immediately after receipt of the signed Contract from the Owner; including submission of Payment & Performance Bonds and Insurance Certificate. Pre-construction and Submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: Owner requires the work to be completed in the auditorium with a substantial completion date of September 1st, 2023.
