Rehabilitate 5th Floor - HVAC Work Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $38,000 for C, $4,700 for H, $15,900 for P, and $23,300 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for C, between $50,000 and $100,000 for H, between $100,000 and $250,000 for P, and between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for E.
