A pre-offer conference will be conducted on March 29 2023 at 2:00 pm CST for the purposes of briefing on the offer requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. The site visit will be held following the conference. 4.2. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit.
