The purpose of this RFQ is to prequalify select architects to provide architectural and engineering services for the Bond Projects. As a general matter, Bond Projects will be constructed using a CM/GC or hard bid delivery method. Prequalified architects need to agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Architect Agreement and Bond General Contract Conditions as described in this RFQ and will be required to register in the District's online supplier portal. Architect Agreement for this RFQ will be provided to allow for predefined terms and conditions that will be required in order to do business with the District. Qualification under this RFQ is not a guarantee of any work. Preference shall be given to Colorado resident bidders and for Colorado labor, as provided by law. voters of the District approved Ballot Measure 5A authorizing the issuance of $350 million in bonds for District Critical Needs (collectively the "Bond Projects").
