The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider to provide and install electronic monitoring devices, including EHM, GPS and CAM (or their equivalents) and to provide full-service monitoring of the installed devices. All twenty-two (22) Judicial Districts within the State of Colorado will be participants in any resulting agreement. We encourage manufacturers and subcontractors to work together in order to respond to this Request for Proposal as we recognize the geographic difficulties one provider may have in serving the entire State. Contractors who may only provide one of the monitoring types requested are encouraged to reply as this solicitation may be awarded in whole or in part.
