Intent The City of Yonkers wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase the following two items: Up to 30 Flagpole Inc 25ft Tall Round Tapered Aluminum Poles with 8ft Arms (Catalog #RTA7M25AAS18-HP), or equal, with a minimum order of ten (10) units per order. Up to 50 Flagpole Inc Transformer Base 1-20 (#TB1-20), or equal, with a minimum order of twenty-five (25) units per order. If bidding an equal, bidder must provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets must be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the City of Yonkers. Contract Term Contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months after award. Delivery The successful bidder will be required to deliver to City of Yonkers DPW Street Lighting located at 170 Saw Mill River Road, Yonkers, NY 10701 between the hours of 7:30am - 2pm Monday through Friday. 24 hour advance notice must be given and vendor must call half-hour prior to delivery.
