Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Loveland, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
In conjunction with Larimer County's replacement of the N. Monroe Avenue bridge over Dry Creek, north of 37th Street, Stormwater Engineering needs to implement the master planned channel improvements immediately upstream of the bridge from Monroe Avenue upstream to approximately 400 feet east of Lincoln Avenue. Design is currently underway with construction planned for 2024, pending the County receiving construction funding. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of December 02, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
