Site work for an educational facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Furnishing and installation of Artwork and LED Digital Sign at Calloway-Smith Middle School. All bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope must be clearly identified with the Bid Description, Bid Number, Date and Time of Opening. This will insure the bid proposal will be processed in a timely manner. The Board will not be responsible in the event the U.S. Postal Service, or any other courier system fails to deliver the proposal to the Board of School Commissioners, Purchasing Department by the time stated in the bid request. Payment is 1/3 of total price down upon order, 1/3 upon delivery, and 1/3 on successful completion. 1. Existing Signage: Remove existing reader board and install new Double Faced LED and top cabinet. Sign Shall Be: o 3'2" x 6'4" (60x120 Res.) 16mm Double Face LED with Full Color Video o 3' x 6' LED lit Cabinet with vinyl graphics (Double face) o Steel angle frame for LED mounting o 15'Steel pipe for sign o Wireless Communication Kit o Web-Based Software and Training o Manufacturer's 7-year parts and labor warranty o Graphic design custom content package - 3 years o Must meet existing wind loads Brand: Vantage Led Sign; or approved equal. Colors shall be: To be determined at the mandatory pre-bid meeting
