ALPHA Report No. G221136 Horizon/Deer Creek Development Corp., acting on behalf of Denton County Municipal Utility District, No. 6 For the construction of Paving Improvements to serve Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 11,216 SY of 8" - 360 psi concrete pavement and 35,966 SY of 6" - 3600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 55,405 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, all as per NCTCOG, TxDOT, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 282 lots on approximately 83 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner.
