The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 11,919 LF of 12" and 8" PVC waterline, 11,800 LF of 12" to 8" PVC sanitary sewer, and 9,564LF of 6' x 5' RCB to 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 282 lots on approximately 83 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
