Renovation of an educational facility in Bradford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Bradford Jr High re-roof, located at 115 High St, Bradford, IL 61421. This project consists of the reroofing of portions of the Jr High School. The northern & western flat roof area: total tear-off of existing roof & EPDM re-roof. Gymnasium roof: total tear off & re-roof. Metal roof with insulation and fascia boards will be replaced as required Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
