Renovation of a municipal facility in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1. The removal and replacement of the buildings condensing system. This includes but is not limited to: Cooling tower, condenser water pumps, all associated VFD's, isolation valves, check valves, control valves, 3 way valves and all existing steel piping from the cooling tower back to the chillers and free cooling heat exchanger. 2. Controls system configuration and upgrades to convert new 3 way valves from pneumatic to DDC controlled. 3. Electrical disconnection and reconnection to replaced equipment. New heat tracing for exterior piping.
