Consultant/Contractor for planning, conducting and management of Cleanup and Remediation of Brownfields Sites. The Fort Belknap Indian Community (FBIC) is soliciting proposals for a consultant/contractor for planning, conducting and management of the cleanup/remediation of four Brownfields sites included in the 104(k) Cleanup grant awarded to the FBIC Environ-mental Protection Department. The complete RFP package pro-vides the .specifications and requirements for prospective applicantos to complete a proposal. The sites are located on the Fort Belknap Indian Reserva-tion, Blaie County, Montana and include the former Lodge Pole Elementary School and Agency water Treatment Plant, and old Sacred Heart Church and . Agency Dump. The lead Proicct Manager must meet PAs requirements of a Quali-fied Environmental Professional as defined in 40 CFR 312.10. The remedial action and disposal of materials must be conduct-ed in accordance with federal U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, FBoIC Solid and Hazardous regu-lations, and Montana laws.
