Site work for a mixed-use development in North Cowichan, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Owner invites tenders for: Installation of approximately 210m of 150mm dia. and 200mm dia. watermain, 200m of 250mm to 600mm dia. storm sewer, and 85m of 200mm dia. and 250mm dia. sanitary sewer. Reconstruction of 160m of road structure including cellular concrete lightweight fill, raised medians, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, paved multi use pathway. Flood gate installation including steel pile foundations, concrete hydraulic cut off wall, reinforced concrete cap, settlement slab and stop log wall. All works will be as described or implied in the contract drawings and documents.
