The work in this contract is for the Sanitary Sewer Phases 10 Rehabilitation for Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 61 located in Hasting Green Section 2 along the side of North Eldridge Parkway and the end of Lofty Pines Drive. The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate the three sanitary sewer lines that run from the end of Lofty Pines Drive to along North Eldridge across from the WWTP. After the sanitary lines are rehabilitated, the four manholes will also be rehabilitated using a Cured-in-Place liner. Pre-Installation Cleaning and Televising, All Depths and Diameters, Complete in Place Slipline existing 36-Inch DIP sanitary sewer line with proposed 30-Inch SDR17 HDPE pipe and fill annular space with cementitious grout. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes with Cured-in-Place liner, including rebuilding of benches and inverts, remove and replace frames and covers, raise sanitary sewer manholes, and grout exterior of sanitary manhole frame. Site Restoration, Including Removing and Replacing Concrete Sidewalks and Driveways, Damaged Turf, Plants, Shrubs, Fences, and Trees, as Required Removal and replacement of concrete pavement, including curb, gutter, and subgrade at all thicknesses as needed. Implementation of trench safety. Bypass Pumping if required. the question cut-off date and time will be extended to January 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
