Renovation of a medical facility in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,058-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
Description of Work : 1. Existing Roof Demolition 2. New retro-roof framing 3. New metal roof panel system with all flashing and trim 4. Extension of flue piping to new roof curbs 5. Extension of make-up air piping to new roof curbs 6. New exhaust air systems for toilets, piping to new roof curbs The Adair County Board of County Commissioners is requesting bids to be submitted for a new Retro-roof system for Adair County Health Department. This bid is further described as Bid ACHD-Retro-roof system for Adair County Health Department. The Commissioners will accept or reject the bids and submit the results to the Adair County Health Department Director to be reviewed and qualified. Contractor shall provide and a detailed breakdown of the bid for each Division of work with his bid. This can be submitted on an AIA document G703-continuation sheet. Divisions which include large amounts are to be further broken down to multiple line items. Bidders may file sealed bids with the County Clerk on or before the date mentioned above. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board of County Commissioners will accept the lowest and or best bid. Signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certificate of Insurance MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL BIDS.
