Schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, and estimates for the completion of a Solid Waste Fleet Maintenance Building to be located at the City of Laredo Municipal Landfill located at 6912 HWY 359, Laredo, Texas The City of Laredo will solicit and receive statement of qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional services for schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, and estimates for the completion for the above referred project. SCOPE OF SERVICES Scope of services include, but are not limited to: Preparing the construction plans, specifications and bid documents for a fleet maintenance building. Preparing bid documents, specifications, and estimates. Construction oversight. Firms submitting interest statements should be ready to negotiate a contract within fifteen (15) days after notifications of recommendation for award. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received and to award contract. Questions concerning the Request for Proposal should be directed to Mr. John Porter, Director at 956-794-1650 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
