Site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a 5,000-square-foot office development; warehouse / distribution facility; and 7,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.

The City of Bella Vista, Arkansas is soliciting statements of qualification from qualified firms/providers for Construction Management Services for a renovation of space to include fire station living and additional apparatus bays. A remodel will then take place of existing office space west of the main structures after the fire station project is completed. Vendors are asked to assemble statements of qualification based on the project description below. The current Police Department space will be remodeled to accommodate up to 8,000 sq. ft., consisting of living quarters and day use area for current central fire station personnel. The engine bays will consist of old and new area square footage up to 7,000 square feet. The office space remodel will consist of around 5,000 square feet. Current paving around the site will need to be reworked and/or replaced. Project areas will consist of around 20,000 +/- square feet of remodel and new construction. The building sits on about 2-acre parcel located in the clover leaf of US Highway 71 and Arkansas Highway 340. All interested parties shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Arkansas, Benton County, and the City of Bella Vista. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203, the City of Bella Vista encourages all qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contractors for goods, services and construction. Also, the City of Bella Vista encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises. The City of Bella Vista reserves the right to reject any or all statements and to waive irregularities therein, and all submitters shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bella Vista for any damage or claim brought by any submitter because of such rejections, not shall the submitters seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Bella Vista because of such rejections. The filing of any statement in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the submitter to these conditions.
