For: Contract CPDC-22-383 (CD2218) Labor, Equipment and Materials Required to Remove the Residuals and to Clean Primary Digester No. 3 (PD-3) at the Central Water Pollution Control Facility (CWPCF) Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Authority. All bids must be enclosed in sealed 10" x 15" envelopes, bearing, on the outside, the name and address of the Bidder and the work bid upon. The Authority will make the digester available to bidders on the day of the pre-bid conference and site visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to obtain samples from the digester for testing to determine the precise % Total Solids by Weight of the contents to be removed. This sampling will only be allowed to occur on the day of the pre-bid and site conference.
