It is the intent of The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (AH) to enter into an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified consultants to perform Environmental Consulting and Remediation Services (also the "Services"). AH will assign projects to the selected Consultants in accordance with task orders issued against the Contract and executed by AH and the Consultant. Prior to the issuance of a task order, the Consultant will, at AH's request, prepare and submit a work plan that describes the actions needed to evaluate and, where applicable, conduct, environmental assessments, environmental testing, remediation and/or other services specific to a particular project or site. The work plan shall include a schedule for completing the work and a cost estimate (based on the fixed unit prices of the resultant Contract and estimated quantities). Upon AH's approval of a work plan, AH will issue a task order to the Consultant which will incorporate the approved work plan, specify deliverables, and authorize the Consultant to work. After completing the work on the site, the Consultant will provide a final report summarizing the actions taken to implement the work plan and complete all work and submit to AH any required deliverables.
