Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Farmington, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 13, 2024, a contract still has not been finalized. Introduction. Davis County Government (the "County") purchased three parcel properties abutting the south end of the Health Department building located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah (the "Facility"). It is the intent of the County to improve the sites and increase the parking capacity for patrons and County fleet vehicles. The County contracted with Silverpeak Engineering, to provide a Feasibility Concept of the desired site improvement and a site survey (Attached as Exhibit C to this RFQ). The County desires the assistance of a Professional Civil Engineering firm or Design firm (the "Firm) to provide full design, engineering, and specification documents, assist the County on permitting with Clearfield City (the "City"), and provide construction administration. The County will be self-performing the majority of the construction work.
