Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the expansion of a water pump station.

The project generally consists of the removal of the existing pumps and the partial demolition of the drywell portion of the existing pump station, installation of new submersible pumps in the existing wet well, construction of a new Control Building for the site, all required pipe modifications, all electrical modifications, and all site restoration as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified. The Work will be performed under two Contracts as follows: Contract One - General Construction Contract Two - Electrical Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM, prevailing time, on Thursday, December 21, 2022; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. -Clarification Deadline: 1/24/2023 4:00 PM The range of the opinion of probable cost (total for the project) is $450,000 to $500,000. The Project generally consists of the removal of the existing pumps and related equipment from the "can" portion of the station and partial demolition and abandonment ofthe drywell portion of the pump station as shown on the Drawings. The project also consists of the replacement of the top precast section of the wet well to install a new top section and installation ofnew submersible pumps inthe wet well as shown on the Drawings, the project also consists ofthe installation ofa precast fabricatedbuilding on a concrete foundationto house a portion ofthe discharge piping and electrical controls, removal ofthe existingjib crane hoist and foundation, relocation ofall electrical components to the new building, and all site restoration work to return the site to its pre-existing condition or better.
