As of January 23, 2023, project was awarded to Bauer Underground, Inc., awarded amount is $2,674,829.40. The County has completed its evaluation of the responses to original Bid 22-259 Lancaster County Broadband - SW Quadrant. At this time, the County is requesting your overall Best and Final Offer (BAFO) which will require a new cost to be submitted through Ebid. Failure to submit a BAFO that conforms to this request may result in the rejection of the original bidder's response and thereby disqualify the bidder's response from further consideration. The estimated budget for this project is $2.5M. See the BAFO Spec Information in the Attachments tab for two specification changes.
