Removal of existing 60-ton air-cooled split chiller indoor and outdoor units. 2. Removal of all associated existing refrigerant piping and hangers between indoor chiller and outdoor condensing unit. Patching and infilling of all wall openings where refrigerant piping is removed. Patching and repairing of ceilings removed to allow for refrigerant piping removals. 3. Install new air cooled chiller on concrete pad at other end of building. Install new indoor evaporator on concrete pad in mechanical room. Provide refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor units, and new chilled water piping/connections to indoor evaporator. 4. Vegetation removal and excavation to allow for installation of concrete pad and outdoor chiller. 5. Electrical power for new chiller. 6. Install new refrigerant monitoring panel and sensor in mechanical room. Provide control integration with existing emergency ventilation system. 7.
