The Consultant shall provide contract administration and all necessary inspection for the Savikko Park Improvements project. The Consultant shall ensure that the contractor constructs the work in accordance with the authorized Drawings and Specifications for the Savikko Park Improvements Contract No. BE23-024. The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes drainage improvements near the pavilions and surrounding areas, lighting improvements within the park, and improvements to the Savikko Park playground area. WORK includes various quantities of mobilization, demolition and disposal, erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, excavation and imported fill, storm drain pipe and structures, grading pavement and concrete surfacing, seeding, construction surveying, signage, striping, playground structures and site furnishings, light poles and associated electrical and other miscellaneous related improvements and appurtenances. The site of the work is at Savikko Park in Douglas, Alaska. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
