Renovation of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of February 20, 2023, this project was awarded to Clearcreek Coatings, Inc. award amount is $2,167,900.15. the work for which consists of abrasive blasting and recoating of the entire exterior, interior wet and interior dry areas of the 2 million gallon capacity North District East fluted column steel elevated water storage tank, cleaning and over coating of the exterior roof of the 2 million gallon capacity Smoky Row East fluted column steel elevated storage tank, exterior coating work on ground-level ladder access platform of the Westgate West 1 million gallon capacity multi-leg steel elevated water storage tank, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technicalspecifications,special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). The MBE/WBE Goal for this project is: Not Applicable Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications must be submitted in writing only to the City of Columbus, Division of Water, ATTN: David Soldaini, PE, via email at dmsoldaini@columbus.gov prior to Wednesday, January 18, 2023, 5:00 PM local time.
