Renovation of a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to invite professional, qualified, and experienced Contractors to submit a Proposal to provide construction services for a meeting room ("Thunderbird Room") at The Office of the Auditor General of British Columbia. The Contractor will undertake the renovation of an existing meeting room and hallway space at the address, 623 Fort St. The renovation will include: the removal of an existing hallway wall and temporary walls in a ground floor meeting room the removal and re-placement of grounded outlets, AV receptacles, and lighting if applicable the aesthetically cohesive extension of the meeting room to additionally include the hallway space Cancelled.
