The Lancaster-Lebanon Joint Authority (LLJA) Board of Directors invite sealed bids for the 1 Cumberland Roof Replacement LLJA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities pertaining to. Contractor shall protect the surrounding area including facility storage units, sidewalks, and vegetation. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility. Contractor shall properly install: New roof sheathing* and roof truss tie downs (per attached sketches) , using materials as specified by following current IBC standards. New 24 ga. Standing seam roof panel. 1 1/2" high seam at 18" inches on center (stock color, to be determined). Install new K style gutter matching current size. Install new matching snow guards. Alternate new roof, sheathing* and roof truss tie downs (per attached sketches) , using materials as specified by following current IBC standards. New asphalt shingles. Shingles are to be 50-year architectural-grade mineral-surfaced, 130 mph wind resistant rated, self-sealing, asphalt fiberglass strip shingle (to mimic slate grey, in color). Aluminum drip-edge and snow guards, flashing of all roof penetrations. Install new aluminum drip edge, vent ridge and snow guards. Based on the need for replacement rotted fascia board, as approved by the project manager in writing. Dormer repair as identified and approved by the project manager. *Sheathing to be 1/2 " 4' x 8' CDX Contractor will be responsible for removal and proper disposal of all old roofing materials and debris with close attention to the removal of nails from the work area. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment that are necessary to complete the project. Contractor shall provide all warranty information upon completion of project. All work shall be completed on July 28, 2023, or sooner. The worksite shall be secured and cleaned up daily (nails, debris, equipment, etc.)
