The City seeks a developer and operator for the redevelopment and expansion of the existing film production studios into a state-of-the-art production studio with pre- and post- production facilities that attracts local, regional, national, and global productions. Redevelop, expand existing, and operate a film and multimedia production studios. Procure the necessary project team to finance, develop, operate, manage property. Purchase or Master Lease the property through a Disposition and Development Agreement with the City of Santa Fe (City).
