The Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board, doing business as, Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA) is requesting proposals to perform the cleaning and inspection of a minimum of five (5) water storage tanks per the specifications included herein. Packages containing bids that are delivered by courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) must be delivered to the Water Authoritys Engineering Department, 3rd Floor Office. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids. Bids are to be submitted only on the forms contained herein. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality and reject all bids. The MVWA may reject any bid if in its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder justifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed.
