Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Desert Hot Springs, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For HSIP 9-3 - Palm Drive Median Drive Questions must be in writing and submitted by 2:00 P.M. on December 20, 2022. (email: jferris@citydhs.org) Project Description - The proposed improvements include the furnishing of all labor and materials and equipment for the HSIP 9-3 - Palm Drive Median consisting of removal and existing improvements and the construction of concrete median curb and stamped and colored concrete; placement of asphalt concrete pavement on aggregate base adjacent to new concrete improvements; installation of solar-powered flashing traffic signs on new poles; and the installation of new pavement markers and thermoplastic and paint traffic lines, markings, and legends. Removed material shall be legally disposed of off-site at the Contractor's expense. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the Plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above improvements are to be constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire project in a neat and presentable condition.
