Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boonville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $25 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing directly from Plan and Print Systems. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested but not required. Addenda for this project will be emailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. Emails will be from "BidCaster Notification." Large addenda and addenda containing full sized drawings will be issued in hard copy format only and sent via UPS. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate email address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. The "BidCaster Notification" will be sent to the e-mail address on record. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. RFI's shall be e-mailed simultaneously to: Leo Moshier: lmoshier@kingarch.com and Tammy Seward: tseward@kingarch.com 1. General Construction Work includes, but is not limited to: a. In the existing Health Classroom, demolish existing ceilings, finishes, casework, and doors. Furnish and install new partitions, ceilings, finishes, casework and doors. b. Replace lintels in two window openings. c. Work as necessary to support other Prime Contractors. 2. Plumbing Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Furnish and install new Toilet, Exam, and Soiled (linen) Room plumbing fixtures and associated supply, vent, and drainage piping. b. Work as necessary to support other Prime Contractors. 3. HVAC Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Demolish existing air/heat/AC distribution system. Furnish and install new system. b. Work as necessary to support other Prime Contractors. 4. Electrical Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Demolish existing light fixtures, convenience outlets and surface raceways/receptacles. Furnish and install new receptacles and lighting fixtures. b. Work as necessary to support other Prime Contractors. a. Contract award/Notice-to-Proceed: approximately January 12, 2023. b. Submittals: January15, through February 16, 2023. c. Mobilize/construction start: February 5, 2023. d. Substantial completion: April 27, 2023. e. Contract closeout: May 18, 2023 P.No- 21-44-7560
