The decision to cancel a solicitation cannot be the basis for a protest pursuant to the Orange County Code. The County reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information of one or more proposers. Any proposal may be withdrawn until the date and time set above for the submission of the proposals. Any proposals not so withdrawn shall constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, to provide to the County the services set forth in this Request for Proposals, or until one or more of the proposals have been awarded. The Contractor shall obtain, renew and keep current all licenses and permits necessary to operate food service establishment in Orange County, including but not limited to: County Occupational License, Fire and Security Department acceptance ratings, OSHA approval and appropriate registration with the State of Florida for sales and use tax purposes.
