The State of Montana Department of Military Affairs Construction and Facility Management Office is seeking contractor(s) to provide fire alarm system test and inspection services at EACH facility within one or more region as listed in the Scope of Work, Attachment A, and Items (Services) page of this event. While this is an item-by-item bid per region, all facilities within the group you are bidding must have a cost. Award will be to the lowest cost PER REGION. Any region(s) vendor is NOT interested in MUST have $0.00 entered into each in order for system to recognize bid submittal. If you do not understand this structure-post a question asking for a sample response!! A more complete description of the services needed is provided on the Prerequisites page of this event titled Attachment A: Scope of Work for Fire Alarm Test and Inspection. Bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must comply with the instructions and procedures herein.
