Reference number : 1668864 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish a contract for the performance of maintenance, inspection, addition and/or replacement services for portable fire extinguishers, fire hoses, extinguishing systems for kitchen hoods and other special systems, according to the needs of all the buildings in its real estate portfolio, located in the cities of Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, and their respective boroughs. The Services required must be performed in accordance with the Quotation, according to the prices indicated in the Price Schedule . The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received. Tender Documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (www.seao.ca). Electronic Submissions: Submissions may be submitted electronically. If necessary, this transmission can only be made through the electronic tendering system ( www.seao.ca ) . Opening of Bids: the PUBLIC BODY will open the Bids without an audience, so Bidders will not be able to attend in person. Instead, the PUBLIC BODY will post a video recording of the opening of the Submissions on the SEAO as soon as possible after the opening. The Bidders will be informed of the filing of the registration on the SEAO in the same way as when issuing an Addendum. Tender security : The Tenderer must accompany its Tender with a tender security in the lump sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) . If the Bidder submits its Bid electronically, this bid security must be produced only in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Annex 4.01 of the Form of Submission. If the Bidder sends its Bid on paper , this bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: (a) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made out to the PUBLIC BODY; b) a bond issued by a Financial Institution, in accordance with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form. DEALING WITH QUESTIONS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON : Any questions that may be sent (aprovision@csmv.qc.ca) during the period from December 26, 2022 to January 6, 2023 inclusively will be dealt with during the week of January 9, 2023 .
