Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Laurier Building (060) of the Vocation School. The scope of the project includes replacement of the roof systems of basins C, D, D1, G, H, K, L, M, N and O. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Due to the fact that the bids submitted to the roofing sub trade tender 220700023 substatially exceeded the awarlable budet, the owner has cancelled it ans subdivided the project into construction packages. Tender for the first sub trade package relating to repair of the roofing basins K, L M and N issued under the number 230700031 was awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Replacement of Roof Systems for Basins K, L M and N - École Professionnelle des Métiers, Édifice Laurier (060). Construction started. Subsequent sub trade tenders are anticipated starting fall/late 2024 and will be followed in separate reports.
