Reference number : 1669664 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-16 Electronic bid submission accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes renewal options (At the end of the 3rd year, the contract will be renewed for two additional years at the choice of the Municipality, by resolution) The Director General of the Municipality of Upton will receive bids, under seal, for Professional Services related to the operation of wastewater treatment and drinking water production facilities 2023 - 2025 (renewable for another period 2 years). The Contractor must plan one (1) additional week at the beginning and end of the mandate in order to achieve a responsible transition in the event that the operation of the facilities is delivered to another company. The work will be carried out in the municipality of Upton. The activities will begin after the granting by resolution Tenders must comply with all the conditions required in the said specifications. This tender request will be for a contract of a maximum duration of three (3) years, renewable by resolution, and for a maximum duration of five (5) years. Only contractors who are duly authorized to do business in Quebec and who provide all the services required by this call for tenders are eligible to bid. The Municipality of Upton does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will be presented and incurs no liability towards the tenderer(s).
