As of December 27, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 3, 2023. Handyman and Craft Building Demolition CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/13/2022 11:30 PM All bids must be accompanied by either a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety payable to the Township of Franklin, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to the amount of the total bid. Bids may be held by the Township for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding a Contract.
